Funny how, according to Dr. Marc Siegel, this H1N1 flu is so severe in young people that everyone needs immediate vaccination regardless of the outcome, yet a lawyer, Judge and the FDA can’t seem to come to terms with one another.

Hmm, I wonder who is telling the truth. The Obama Administration who NEVER EVER lies ( CHANGE ) , or the scientist and health care workers who are saying that this vaccine in its current state is not safe and potentially deadly?

"We are arguing this is a new drug and it must go through the proper testing for safety and efficacy,'' said attorney Jim Turner, who wants to stop other states from following New York's lead in mandating vaccinations.

The Food and Drug Administration, which announced Sept. 15 that it had approved the H1N1 vaccine for distribution, says the vaccine is merely a change in strain from the typical seasonal flu vaccine and doesn't require testing as a new drug.

U.S. District Judge Reggie Turner of the District of Columbia has not set a hearing date. Attorney Turner argues that if H1N1 is just a seasonal variation in the flu, the federal government shouldn't have treated it as a national health emergency and set out to buy 250 million doses.

"The Catch-22 argument is that the FDA is putting out the message that this flu that is walking across the world ... is so unique and so deadly that we must buy millions of doses,'' he said.

The Obama administration began distributing the H1N1 vaccine nationwide this month, with plans to make the first 40 million doses available by Oct. 31. Four firms - CSL Limited, MedImmune LLC, Sanofi Pasteur Inc., and Novartus Vaccines and Diagnostics Limited - have been approved to produce the vaccine under federal contract.

A CHANGE is happening, and that CHANGE is the transformation of our nation, a transformation that will bring us directly into the grasp of Stan himself, a darkness known as evil.

These individuals who surround and advise Barack Hussein Obama are revolutionaries, extremists, traitors to our constitution, radicals who want nothing more than to bring the demise of our way of life.

Radicals who want nothing more than to have complete control over every facet of our lives.

I Love the World, Yet I’m a Christian

Over these last few weeks I have been hearing from far too many so-called Christians that it is acceptable to use modern day speech; speech that is laden with the world, speech that is vulgar and crude, speech one would not use in front of their grandmother, yet, speech they have no issues using in front of their co-workers, friends or strangers even though they proclaim to be followers of Jesus Christ.


The question I then ask is “what Bible are they reading?”, and more importantly “what God do they believe they are worshiping?”, for I can assure you it is not the God of the Bible.

If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man’s religion is worthless.

We who proclaim to be followers of Christ need to remember this one very important fact, God is holy. God is not one we should mock or test in any way, shape or form. Need we be reminded that each one of us who claim Christianity is commanded to be holy as Christ is holy?

In Closing

We as a Christian nation need to have respect for the Lord God Almighty and need to stop living a lie, if we truly are a nation of Christians then we better start acting like ones. Even though we profess His name, we live as if He does not exist.

Jesus Christ gave His life for us, for our sins, and how do we as a society, as a Christian nation repay Him?

We repay Him by

1. Mocking His holy name.
2. Removing Him from our midst.
3. Supporting the murder of the unborn.
4. Endorsing sexual deviance.
5. Crushing the sanctity of marriage.
6. Condoning evil around every facet or our lives.

We spit in face of our Creator daily, and yet when we cry out due to the state of the nations around us, we wish Him to hear our prayers? ENOUGH all ready!

He who turns away his ear from listening to the law, Even his prayer is an abomination.

Jesus Christ is holy. He is the only begotten Son of God who is to be feared among men, held in honor, in reverence; not mocked by the many who claim themselves to be Christians while they stink of the world and its ways.

They profess to know God, but by their deeds they deny Him, being detestable and disobedient and worthless for any good deed.

We can justify ourselves anyway we see fit, but we are not judged by men, we are judged by a holy righteous God, a just God, a God that abhors sin!

Friends, please, I beg you, stop judging yourself against others of the world, and start judging yourself against the Holy Scriptures – the Word of God.

It is time we grow up and start living our lives holy before Christ. It is time we start living our lives as Christians and get America back to its Christian roots. If we do not then I can assure this nation will be destroyed.

It is your call, I made up my mind, and it is time for you to make up yours.

Does the United States Constitution protect the freedom of speech of American citizens, or does it not? In this era of globalization, the answer is becoming increasingly muddled. Thursday, an American citizen, Paul Williams, went on trial in Canada. He is charged with violating Canadian libel laws in charges he made in his book The Dunces of Doomsday about a jihad terror cell at McMaster University in Ontario. Likewise in Brazil, an American business writer, Joseph Sharkey, is on trial for what he wrote about Brazilian air-traffic controllers after he survived an airplane crash in Brazil.

Williams and Sharkey both live in the United States, which guarantees that its citizens’ freedom of speech not be infringed. Should Canadian and Brazilian libel laws apply to them? Williams has already had to pay enormous amounts of money for his defense, and Sharkey is likely to be found guilty and given a $500,000 fine. McMaster University wants a cool two million dollars from Williams.

Shouldn’t the United States government protect American citizens from such bullying by foreign powers?


If nothing is done, the problem is certain to get worse — for Williams and Sharkey are not the first American victims of the tactic that has come to be known as “libel tourism.” The late Saudi billionaire Khalid Salim bin Mahfouz sued Rachel Ehrenfeld, founder and director of the American Center for Democracy, several years ago. Bin Mahfouz was upset about Ehrenfeld’s book, Funding Evil, in which she wrote that he was involved in funding Hamas and al Qaeda – a charge for which there was abundant evidence from Western intelligence agencies. Nevertheless, taking advantage of British libel laws that place the burden of proof on the defendant, rather than the plaintiff, bin Mahfouz sued not in the United States, where Ehrenfeld lives and published her book, but in Britain, where neither he nor Ehrenfeld lived and where his entire case depended upon a handful of copies sold in that country mostly through special orders from Amazon.com, and the appearance of one chapter of the book on the Internet, where could have been read by British readers. A British court awarded bin Mahfouz $250,000, and Ehrenfeld had to devote the bulk of her time for years to fighting this judgment.

Now Senator Arlen Specter (D-PA) has introduced the Free Speech Protection Act of 2009, which would shelter American writers from libel judgments by courts in countries that do not value the freedom of speech the way America does. But this bill faces an uphill battle – it seems unlikely that Barack Obama will give it his support after he just last week had the United States co-sponsor an anti-free speech resolution at the United Nations. Approved by the U.N. Human Rights Council, the resolution, cosponsored by the U.S. and Egypt, calls on states to condemn and criminalize “any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence.”

“Hatred” and “incitement” are, of course, in the eye of the beholder — or more precisely, in the eye of those who make such determinations. The powerful can decide to silence the powerless by classifying their views as “hate speech.” The ability to dissent, publicly and without fear of imprisonment or other reprisal, is a cornerstone of any genuinely free society. Yet no less distinguished a personage than the President of the United States has now given his imprimatur to the quashing of such dissent.

But we still have the First Amendment, right? Legal expert Eugene Volokh explains that it isn’t that easy: “If the U.S. backs a resolution that urges the suppression of some speech, presumably we are taking the view that all countries — including the U.S. — should adhere to this resolution. If we are constitutionally barred from adhering to it by our domestic constitution, then we’re implicitly criticizing that constitution, and committing ourselves to do what we can to change it.”

Is that the change that Americans were hoping for when they voted for Barack Obama in such large numbers in 2008? Specter and the other Democrats who have introduced and support the Free Speech Protection Act should recognize how inconsistent it is with their own party leader’s actions as President of the United States, and call upon him to end all support for any legal measure anywhere that restricts free speech.
Our survival as a free people could depend upon it.

Yup, so much for freedom of speech ; luckily we here in the west still live in a country that doesn’t believe in the removal of our freedom of speech or the partnering with an organization - (OIC) - that would wish that type of tyranny on any nation.

Unless, that freedom of speech puts Islam in any kind of negative light; weird how tolerance works for one group of people, but not another. It almost sounds like intolerance towards everything except Islam, but hey what do I know, I am just an ignorant westerner.

On a lighter note, I would like to give a SHOUT out to the Obama House, located near Capitol Hill where they just had the Islamic Day of Prayer.

And while we are speaking of the Islamic Day of Prayer that took place on our nation's capitol, shall we watch some footage of the days events?

America, are you starting to get it; is it finally starting to sink in? If it isn’t, then we better wake up very quickly and pull our heads from the sands in which they are buried, or Sharia will be knocking at our doors demanding each of us to embrace Islam, or, how can I say this gently, have your, "head cut off".

Yes, in 2009 people are still being beheaded in Islamic countries for no other reason than being a person of different faith, especially if those people are of the Christian faith. You know the faith that America was founded on, a faith where recently a team of, “Christian Orphanage Workers”, in an Islamic country were executed for simply refusing to accept the peaceful beautiful tolerant ways of Islam .

I know, I can hear you all say; Jim, dude, this is America, and this will never happen here. There isn’t a single person of the Islamic faith that would ever want Sharia Law in this country, or Islam as the only religion in America.

And of course I would have to respond with the elegant words so eloquently spoken by the founder of CAIR, "Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant," and, "The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth."

Yup, there goes that tolerance again, refreshing isn’t it? My favorite part on tolerance is how the Koran should be the highest authority in America and Islam the only religion on Earth. Unfortunately there might be just one issues with that statement, just thinking out loud here for second of course, is that if the Koran is religious then how could it become the law of the land especially with that little pesky separation of Church and State clause that we have here in America. You know the same clause that will not allow Christmas carols to be sung in school, the same clause that forbids the mention of God or prayer at certain events, yet the Koran as the highest authority in America?

Again only thinking out loud here, but maybe Islam isn’t only just a religion after all, maybe it is both a political system and a religion rolled into one?

Of course not, what was I thinking? For that to be the case, you would need someone elected to office in the branch of the government as some type of community organizer in order to be a political entity.

I mean come on, when have you ever heard of a Special Representative for Christians; remember the separation of Church and State thing?

American Journalists Silenced in Canada

American investigative journalist, and author, Dr. Paul L. Williams, will begin his crusade, October 8, in a Toronto courtroom to answer charges of defamation regarding his explosive investigations into missing radio active material at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

Williams become entangled in a legal jam with the Canadian university while discussing his book The Dunces of Doomsday on the nationally syndicated “Coast-to-Coast AM” radio program with George Noory.
According to Williams, “What is unique about my case is that my alleged violation of Canadian law took place in the U.S.A. I wrote my book in America, where it was published, and I spoke to American reporters who called me at my home in Pennsylvania. By all standards, what I said and wrote about McMaster University remains well within the libel and defamation laws of our land. Still and all, I am being sued by a foreign entity and have lost not only my freedom but my life savings.”


The case is significant since it represents the first time in American History an American journalist has been forced to submit to a foreign jurisdiction. Williams speculates that the reason Canada is able to sue him over the border is because of NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement.

NAFTA was signed into law in 1994 eliminating most trade barriers. However, an unintended consequence of NAFTA was the ability for foreign individuals and entities to sue American journalists and authors on libel and defamation suits much harder to adjudicate in America.

Under Canadian law, once an accusation of libel is made, the respondent must prove they are innocent rather than the plaintiff proving guilt.

“I was asked to sign an apology for remarks I made that came straight from the Congressional Record and testimony by a 9/11 Council, Janice Kephart” Williams stated, “These remarks were verified by several federal investigations and researchers; a host of highly reputable journalists, including Bill Gertz and Scott Wheeler of The Washington Times.”

Foreign citizens or entities suing American journalists in foreign courts for libel and defamation is a growing trend, and as a result Congress is stepping into this issue to fortify free speech protection.

US Citizen, Rachel Ehrenfeld, author, and lecturer was also sued for libel in a British court over her controversial book, Funding Evil. She counter sued stating that under American defamation laws her book was not libelous, but her case was dismissed in a New York court. As a result of her case, the New York legislature passed a law called Rachel’s Law, protecting New York citizens against libel judgements not recognized under American libel jurisprudence.

Senator Arlen Spector (D-PA), alarmed at the increase of libel suits against the American press, has sponsored The Free Speech Protection Act. Spector stated on the Senate floor: “[T]he Free Speech Protection Act of 2009 address[es] a serious challenge to one of the most basic protections in our Constitution. American journalists and academics must have the freedom to investigate, write, speak, and publish about matters of public importance, limited only by the legal standards laid out in our First Amendment jurisprudence.”

Ehrenfeld says, “We need a federal law which allows respondents to counter sue for damages. This law will protect free speech, and be used as a deterrent against foreign lawsuits.”

The House has a similar bill, HR 1304, which would create a “cause of action to determine whether defamation exists under United States law in cases in which defamation actions have been brought in foreign courts against United States persons.”

America, we really only have two choices:

1. We wake up as a nation and REPENT to God – the God of Israel.
2. We continue to REFUSE God and face His wrath.

Leviticus 26:14-17 NASB (14) ‘But if you do not obey Me and do not carry out all these commandments, (15) if, instead, you reject My statutes, and if your soul abhors My ordinances so as not to carry out all My commandments, and so break My covenant, (16) I, in turn, will do this to you: I will appoint over you a sudden terror, consumption and fever that will waste away the eyes and cause the soul to pine away; also, you will sow your seed uselessly, for your enemies will eat it up. (17) ‘I will set My face against you so that you will be struck down before your enemies; and those who hate you will rule over you, and you will flee when no one is pursuing you.

If you compare the words I wrote in honor of Reagan here with the words of the Obama version, you will see a distinct difference. Where the Obama version includes the socialist buzzwords of fairness and equality (meaning equally miserable), the Reagan version captures the essence of what Reagan was about: respect for life, protection against tyranny, and freedom to worship. Dark days are upon those of us who still believe in the values Ronald Reagan stood for. Let this Ode to Reagan be a glimmer of light from the Shining City on a Hill.
